I have old R/C transmitter "GRAUPNER D8 SSM41" and I would like to know if it is possible to made a hardware to connect at the PC and to work as a simulator

You have to find the signal inside the transmitter as described at http://www.mftech.de/buchsen_en.htm and connect it with a female plug.
thank you for you answer but I have a problem, my R/C transmitter only have a power connector with two roads (+ and -). Should I understand that I take a "GND output" to the charging connector and the other output "PPM signal" to crystal oscillator?

That may work. If you don't have the right measure instruments, just use the microphone input of a radio and you should hear a noise and the tone pitch should change depending on the stick positions.
