USB-Interface doesn't respond, LED doesn't flash

When i put usb interface II on my computer the led is all time orange and don't respond why? what happen?

Please check, if your transmitter is set to PPM mode and you have set up your transmitter and buddy box for slave operation correctly (see your instruction manual). Test if your buddy box works, e.g. use another tranmitter and a real model and test master-slave operation.
